RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the online sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct effective sales pitch for potential customers.
- Manage the team to provide excellent customer experience across digital platforms.
- Continuously review and analyze sales metrics to identify and optimize opportunities for the team.
- Develop best practices for online sales.
- Ensure online sales team comply with company policies and procedures.
- Train, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions in automotive industry or in selling high-value products, with proven track record to meet and exceed goals.
- A results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with limited resources.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
