RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Chain Channel Management Task
- Develop a customer development plan for the channel in charge (Pharmacy chain, supermarket chain, Convenience store….).
- Seeking new customers.
- Draft and negotiate the contents of sales contracts with customers, and annual renewal procedures.
- Keep in touch and regularly take care of relevant departments/departments (Purchasing, accounting, logistics, ordering departments…)
- Receive and process orders, monitor and resolve arising problems related to orders with the logistics departments of both sides.
- Update weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly data tracking to motivate customers to place orders according to sales targets signed in the contract. Carry out procedures for payment of bonuses and support costs according to the contract.
- Receive and handle issues related to goods, debt… with customers.
- Visit stores according to a fixed schedule, weekly/monthly visit schedule.
- Check inventory and product display status on shelves. Update competitive product information, competitor promotions…
- Full report according to weekly/monthly regulations.
- Participate in meetings as prescribed at the Main Office.
- Perform a number of other tasks as assigned by the Director of Risk Management and the Board of General Directors.
2. Management of the Central Region – Central Highlands Task
- Complete assigned sales targets.
- Introduce and promote the Company’s products. Locate, search and exploit potential customer sources in the area in charge.
- On behalf of the Company, work with Agents/Distributors on implementing sales promotion in the area.
- Responsible for completing contract targets and policies related to sales development in the area.
- Recruiting and training sales, checking, supervising, and urging sales to complete the targets assigned by the company.
- Make weekly and monthly work plans and periodically or unexpectedly inspect the provinces/cities under your responsibility.
- Carry out periodic reports or reports as requested by the Director of Risk Management and the Board of General Directors.
- Participate in meetings as prescribed at the Main Office.
- Perform a number of other tasks as assigned by the Director of Risk Management and the Board of Directors.
3. Deputy OTC Sales Manager Task
- Implement sales activities according to the approved plan. Directly direct and divide sales targets for each region. Support Area Manager/TDV with sales and resolve arising problems.
- Conduct monthly goal setting for employees and take responsibility for employee performance and progress.
- Build and develop OTC channel customer care and management programs for the next 3 years.
- Develop/review Sales program/policy, Makerting 2024 proposal
- Develop salary/bonus policy for TDV 2024
- Consider categories and partitions
- Develop OTC business plan 2024-2026
- Develop and set annual targets
- Implement/coordinate the implementation of previously developed plans; Deploy and guide the implementation of sales activities, plans and programs. Inspect and review implementation and enforcement.
- Analyze and evaluate operational results and implementation of outlined sales/cost goals. Control costs to ensure budget.
- Advise the Board of General Directors on Sales and market development plans.
- Coordinate with Marketing department to deploy Promotion and after-sales programs to customers. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales policies, promptly propose policy adjustments and solutions to increase efficiency.
- Manage OTC sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise Customer debt collection, report debt collection results to the Board of General Directors.
- Build and develop a system of old customers and develop potential customers in the area, develop brand and market share.
- Build, propose structure, recruit personnel, ensure stability and efficiency. Coordinate with the HR department to recruit personnel, allocate goals, train and monitor the work efficiency of the Pharmacy Representative team.
- Report on sales activities and market fluctuations; At the same time, always update competitors’ operations and new products.
- Visit retail/wholesale/distributor customers according to a fixed schedule, weekly/monthly visit schedule.
- Full report according to weekly/monthly regulations.
- Perform a number of other tasks as assigned by the Director of Risk Management and the Board of General Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College majoring in Pharmacy, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position in the Pharmaceutical field (OTC channel).
- Have effective sales, persuasion and communication skills and proficient problem solving.
- Sensitive to business opportunities, with in-depth knowledge of the industry and products.
- Have skills in training and coaching employees. Team management skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving them.
- Ability to withstand high work pressure, work independently.
- Analytical and information processing skills
- Not afraid to go on business trips to the province, able to withstand work pressure.
