RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Statistical report of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV):

• Ensuring the full and accurate implementation of the entire “SBV Statistical Reporting Regime” on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis: Reporting: account balance, financial reports; Report: credit balance, debt classification and credit risk provisions; Report: limits and ratios to ensure safety in credit activities.
• Ensure the complete and accurate implementation of all CIC reports “Credit information” periodically arising, at the end of the period… And reports to credit partners such as PCB…
• Prepare extraordinary reports according to official dispatches of the State Bank.
• Responsible for working with suppliers, related departments, and accounting department to perform automatic statistical reports.
• Focal point to work with SBV agencies and SBV inspectors

2. Tax reports, statistical agencies:

• Responsible for tax reports including VAT, SBV, CIT and other taxes and fees as prescribed.
• Focal point working with tax authorities and tax inspectors.
• Responsible for statistical reports to statistical agencies periodically.

3. Other:

• Control and provide data related to reporting for internal audit, independent audit, inspection agencies and other departments within the scope of work
• Update accounting policies and tax policies for other departments.
• Support other departments as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University or higher.
• Have at least 03 years of working experience in related positions such as general accounting, reporting to the State Bank of Vietnam at financial companies and banks.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and experience using many accounting software. Priority is given to having experience in building automatic reporting systems.
• Careful, honest.
• Compliance and responsibility.
• Good health, active, enthusiastic, able to withstand high work pressure.
