RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing warehouse, label goods, location …
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Plan shipments based on product availability and requests from sales team.
• Build logistics processes to manage order status effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
• Build delivery vendor database.
• Responsible for input, storage and output material and finished goods.
• Ensure the quality of the shipment (quality of bikes, related documents, and quality of bike delivery vendors).
• Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
• Schedule shifts for warehouse staff.
• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and request place orders as needed.
• Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience with level Supervisor or Manager in the warehouse field, logistics experience is a plus.
• Experience in working with ERP, Odoo.
• Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
• Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
