RESPONSIBILITIES
- To engage in FX and Derivatives sales (IRS, CCS)
- To solicit and develop relationship with Non-Japanese corporate customers.
- To search for potential customers and build up marketing plan via cross sell.
- To cooperate with other teams to deliver the best of banking products and service to customers.
- To make market reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10-year banking sales experience, especially in FX and Derivatives sales.
- Good connection with MNCs.
- University degree in banking/finance or related fields with in-depth knowledge of financial and banking market.
- High analytical skills, dynamic and sales-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiatives, ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
- Advanced Computer skill is an advantage.
