RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness, traffic, product usage, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling and consistent content that resonates with the target audience.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall marketing activities.
• Collaborate with selected KOLs, influencers, and conduct eligibility reviews to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
• Daily management of company social media profiles, including creating posts, stories, videos, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve social media strategies. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media platform algorithms to adjust strategies effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and social media management.
• Graduated with a degree in marketing, communication arts, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in managing social media accounts and successfully implementing social media activities through organic and paid channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite, or similar tools.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging content and knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, with SEO/CRM experience.
• Graphic design and video editing skills are advantageous.
• Foreign language: Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, basic English.
• PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 months – according to Philippine law.

• There is a shuttle from the house to work and vice versa (about 5p by bus)
• There will be driver arrive the airport procession for the first time through the Philippines.
