RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and build up the company budget planning annually and playing roles of cost controlling;
• Drive the company’s financial planning. Annually creates a capital plan that aligns with overall business plans and strategies, and reviews the capital plan with Top Management and the Board of Directors;
• Analyses financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance;
• Strengthen and manage the trading & market risk control interface with the traders and related functions including execution, middle office, and operations;
• Assesses risks and exposure due to business conducted in foreign currency, prepares a report and recommendations for dealing with foreign currencies, and follows and executes the established foreign exchange management policy;
• Coordinate timely and accurate tax reporting, filing and overall compliance in the area of direct and indirect taxation.
• Proactively monitor business, tax and other regional specific opportunities to optimize value for the group.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Major: Accounting or Finance
• Experience: At least 3 years working experience in Audit or Accounting
• Technical Skill:
  – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  – Familiar with Oracle
  – Data processing and Malaysia
• Soft Skill:
  – Planning
  – Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
  – Project management skills and the capability to accomplish tasks assigned on time
• Qualification: Honesty, carefulness, high sense of responsibility
• Others: Good command of English
