RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new product ideas, enhancements to the existing product by collating requests from both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Develop product strategy and roadmap for product. The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product design & development effort and negotiating the launch time frames with development teams.
• Create functional and UI specifications, business cases and wireframes, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases.
• Understand the needs of the educators and learning designers in terms of curriculum and learning objectives.
• Interact closely with the UX/UI design teams to recognize and prioritize important factors that make great learning experiences.
• Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts.
• Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings.
• Be the first point of escalation for any product related problems/queries.
• Evaluate new product opportunities for Company fit from audience and technology perspective.
• Analyze internal systems and recommend software enhancements to improve productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education : BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience : 5+ years proven experience at building high-impact products at scale, preferably in a fast-paced B2C internet company.
• Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment.
• Design thinking, user empathy and deep understanding of Vietnamese users.
• Good product intuition along with strong problem solving skills.
• Good data and metrics orientation, along with strong analytical abilities.
• Good technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with Engineering teams for implementation and trade-offs.
• Crisp written and verbal communication skills.
