RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Within:

• Assist Department Head and Co-work with relationship managers for FDIs (JP & MNCs)
• Analyze industry/ market trend in Vietnam to find business opportunities for FDIs.
• Collaborate with Hanoi Branch M&A Team, Bank’s Head Office functions, Bangkok, Singapore and Bank Securities etc.

2. Outside:

• Collaborate with local M&A vendors including affiliate bank’s subsidiary, Vietcombank Securities, to gather M&A target companies.
• Door knock/ Cold call Vietnamese corporate which is keen to work together with FDIs (M&A target)
• Propose M&A target (long list/ short list) to clients and executing deals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor/Master Degree for Business, Finance, Economics etc.
• Fluent communication skill in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Marketing ability to connect Vietnamese Corporate with FDI Customers.
• Passion in Customer Service & Consultancy.
• Never Give Up spirits under difficult situation + High capability of handling multiple tasks.
• Proactive, careful, responsible, supportive with team work spirit.
