RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make recommendations on tools, techniques or processes to enhance service quality.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports.
• Transfer data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Analyse and suggestion for improve data using efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experiences/ Knowledge:

• Have 3+ years experience as Data Analyst position or Business Data Analyst.
• Experience in Salesforce or Power BI.
• Have a good knowledge and understand of analytical tools, data analysis principles.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking.
• College Degree.

2. Nice to have:

• Experience in Contact/Call Center.
• Experience in building a dashboard for performance monitoring.

3. IT skill:

• Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Advanced Excel.
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
