RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating and approving credit applications/reviews for commercial property loans, trade facilities, overdraft, unsecured term loans, vehicle/machinery loans, mortgage loans, credit cards (as the case may be) etc. in accordance with credit discretionary limits (CDL) and established credit policies;
• Ensuring BB Credit’s Service Level Agreements are met;
• Providing guidance and feedback on credit issue, credit parameters for various Business Banking product offerings;
• Supervising Business Banking Credit team, providing training to Credit Approver/Credit Analysts.
• Oversight the issuance of BBC dashboard to track and monitor BB Credit performance.
• Reviewing credit policies (Country Lending Program, SOP, programs from Product team, portfolio campaign) and providing input to the program/policy owners.
• Implementing credit-related projects that aim to improve efficiency and portfolio quality.
• Provide the scorecard calculation for CA/CAT.

REQUIREMENTS

• A recognized university degree or higher with minimum 10 years of credit related experience in the banking and finance industry preferably in the SME Financing Segment;
• Meticulous and independent;
• Team player with positive attitude and possesses strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet the demands of the job in a timely manner;
• Good command of English.
