With over 15 years of experience partnering with businesses - from organizational development to training and facilitating a variety of HR topics - Christy Kahana’s commitment and passion are infectious.
Christy believes training solutions that are designed for ease of use and delivered in an engaging way create true culture change from within an organization.
Her mission is to go beyond traditional HR by making employee development more transformative, engaging and FUN for her clients. From larger Biotech companies, into the smaller sector of Boston business and even tech startups, Christy aims to help more people across the board and across a variety of organizations.
She creates and implements programs, coaches leaders on challenging team dynamics, drives strategies to execution and thrives on unleashing employee talent.
Seeing clients have light-bulb moments of connecting her advice, guidance and training to what they do and HOW they do it is the impact Christy seeks to deliver. Helping people get there is the single most satisfying component of her work in HR.
Melissa Halstead - Facilitator

Melissa’s passion and drive supporting employees at all levels of an organization drives results, promotes accountability, and encourages ownership and connection between managers and employees.
Drawing from her 20 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Training and Development, Melissa has designed and delivered instructor led training, virtual online training programs, eLearnings, and supported team building workshops and custom programs based on the need of the organization.
Over her career she has worked in multiple Global Fortune 500 companies as well as small organizations to bring creative thinking, engaging training, and coaching at every level of the organization.
She brings a breadth of experience across many industries including biotech, service, and manufacturing. Melissa holds certifications in and has deep experience facilitating MBTI, DiSC, Inside Out coaching, Productive Performance Feedback, and Love’em or Lose’em.
Training programs built and taught by Melissa are often seen as energetic and engaging. She takes time to understand the business or development need and applies the learning with practice and planning so participants can begin to use what they have learned on the job right away.
