RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Job purpose:

  • Manage and select personnel according to job requirements and progress, ensuring a stable workforce, serving the business operations and development strategy of the Company.

2. Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform tasks related to recruitment activities throughout the company system.
  • Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment plans, meeting short, medium and long-term human resource needs based on the Company’s human resource balance and staffing.
  • Attract and develop human resources for the entire Company system.
  • Search and select recruitment methods. Conduct candidate and interview profile selection, evaluate and screen candidates.
  • Develop recruitment processes, regulations, procedures, and forms to perform the work.
  • Control the recruitment process, recruitment plan, recruitment criteria and organize the implementation of human resource recruitment to meet the Company’s operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Heads of functional departments of the Office Block and General Managers of the Centers in implementing and responding to information related to recruitment work.
  • Manage and propose recruitment budget. Monitor and develop a program to run Facebook ads. Write and guide the team to create contents, run ads.
  • Guide and motivate recruitment staff to complete weekly and monthly targets.
  • Organize and coordinate with related departments and centers to implement Job Fairs, career orientation for employees.
  • Organize recruitment, supervise the training of new employees, improve professional skills for potential employees, assign work, and evaluate work results periodically.
  • Support superiors with other assigned tasks.
  • Report and regularly update the situation related to human resource recruitment to the Human Resources Director.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

  • University degree or higher in majors such as: Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Law, etc.

2. Knowledge:

  • Proficient in recruitment for different positions and levels.
  • Understanding knowledge of Human Resources Management, policies related to Labor Law.

3. Skills:

  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • People management skills based on emotions and thinking.
  • Planning, time management, and professional training skills.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and operate work.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and able to withstand high pressure at work.
  • Office computer: Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Good communication skills in English.

4. Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in the fields of restaurants, education, headhunting… in businesses with a scale of 500 employees or more.
