RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the Company’s goals, policies and strategies to advise on designing the organizational structure and analyzing the department’s work.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to rebuild the functions, tasks/job descriptions of job positions/departments.
  • Plan, organize and implement policies, recruitment and training plans for human resource development.
  • Develop, deploy and operate the Performance Evaluation (KPI) and Employee Capacity Evaluation systems.
  • Develop a salary scale, payroll, and salary mechanism in the enterprise.
  • Develop a process for handling internal conflicts, handling violations/discipline for employees, and resolving internal disputes.
  • Develop plans and recruitment for the company.
  • Build a corporate culture according to the direction of the Company’s Board of Directors.
  • Advise the Board of Directors and participate in building a systematic human resource management system.
  • Organize and supervise the implementation of the system of internal regulations, personnel evaluation, labor contracts, rewards and employee discipline.
  • Direct the work of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, resolve issues related to salary, bonus, welfare regime of employees; act as a bridge between the General Director and employees when resolving labor disputes, rewards, and discipline; Participate in inspection work, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the group.
  • Resolve complaints and handle employee violations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related majors.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the Life Insurance industry.
  • Master the Labor Code, Personal Income Tax Law, Health Insurance Law, Social Insurance Law, have knowledge and skills in human resource management.
  • Understand the method of building KPIs, methods of calculating labor productivity, and labor productivity standards.
  • Have knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Have good communication, organization and planning skills.
  • Withstand high pressure and work intensity.
  • Flexible, straightforward, honest.
  • Have a high sense of responsibility, dedicated to work.
  • Know how to organize, cover work, and manage working time well.
