RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement safety KPIs well: Task audit, OSA, Risk assessment, other processes,…
• Responsible for implementing machinery and equipment safety standards.
• Manage and supervise the overcoming of unsafe conditions related to machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for overcoming equipment damage and major incidents related to mechanical systems in the factory.
• Manage mechanical duty staff and monitor the implementation of online PMs.
• Analyze machinery and equipment incidents to find the root cause to come up with improvement methods to increase lifespan, reduce damage and prevent repeat machinery failures.
• Synthesize maintenance plans for machine downtime from existing machinery and equipment abnormalities and damage during the shift.
• Responsible for overall KPI of the maintenance department.
• Participate in maintenance department meetings.
• Support other tasks when requested by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College or University majoring in mechanical engineering, machine design, mechatronics, industrial electricity, automation,…
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a heavy industrial factory environment such as iron, steel, cement, plaster, animal feed, etc.
• Planning skills.

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
