RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and monitor the production process from the time of receiving production orders until the production of finished products.
• Inspect, synthesize and evaluate the production process of product batches (in accordance with Quality Assurance Inspectors)
• Combine with the Quality Assurance Department, Quality Control Department and Research and Development Department to find causes and provide guidance on resolving cases where products do not meet quality standards.
• Combine with the Quality Assurance Department, Quality Control Department and Mechanical Engineering Department to monitor installation, operation, biological protection, maintenance and repair work for all production equipment. output falls under the inspiration sub-range.
• Combine with the Research and Development department to develop and exploit new production processes.
• Responsible for drafting, developing, exploiting and checking the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) system within the workshop.
• Participate in job appraisal.
• Monitor environmental inspection and maintain cleanliness – Bankruptcy of production area. Consult and make suggestions in planning production in accordance with the production capacity of the workshop (in accordance with the Sales and Purchasing departments).
• Participate and facilitate GMP inspection work.
• Participate and facilitate training for subordinate employees.
• Responsible for the annual assessment of professional capacity and skills of subordinate employees.
• Prepare reports on products produced during the year according to the Company’s template.
• Propose improvement measures in production to increase product quality, ensure health and safety for workers, and reduce production costs.
• Perform some other work according to the analysis of the direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 02 years of experience in production management at the factory.
• Qualification from University Pharmacist or higher.
• Have been trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Master the production process of tablet, granule, and powder dosage forms.
• Able to manage operations.
