RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage general operations of the entire Center system.
  • Develop and implement business plans for network operators/Telco in the field of subscriber development and telecommunications packages.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
  • Evaluate and analyze the market, analyze customers and business performance to provide appropriate development directions and plans.
  • Build the organizational structure, rules and regulations on the operations of the Sales Department and be responsible for the targets and operational efficiency of the assigned scope.
  • Organize, direct and lead staff in building programs, implementing business targets, strategies and business development plans.
  • Coordinate with related departments to maintain business efficiency.
  • Make periodic reports on work results as requested by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University or higher. Priority is given to majors in business administration, economics, and commerce.
  • Candidates have 5 years of experience in business management in the telecommunications, software, payment, and e-commerce industries. Including at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in telecommunications products and services, with a network with a large carrier/telco.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in VAS, developing telecommunications subscribers/telecommunications services.
  • Management and problem solving skills.
  • Leadership skills, inspiration, management skills.
  • Analytical, synthesizing and planning skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
