RESPONSIBILITIES
PLAN AND IMPLEMENT TO IMPLEMENT TARGETS
- Make a business plan on the website according to assigned targets.
- Build online marketing programs monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Plan to build and exploit sales channels on e-commerce platforms.
ENSURE SALES AND CONTROL COSTS WITHIN APPROPRIATE NORMS
- Build, update, control the implementation of e-commerce sales processes (ordering, sales, delivery, payment processes…)
- Build layouts, interfaces and detailed web functions when there is a need to build and improve the functions of websites and sales apps.
- Establish a customer network, maintain good relationships with customers. Develop new customers. Plan to care for old customers, build periodic customer care programs.
- Organize the implementation of business plans, allocate business targets to each team leader, and control the implementation of business targets.
- Control costs of e-commerce activities according to approved budget.
HUMAN RESOURCES AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Manage & operate all activities of the E-commerce department.
- Guide and assign work, provide professional training for employees. Periodically evaluate human resources and propose human resources policies in e-commerce.
- Collect online sales market information – Analyze market fluctuations and competitors. Advise management on strategies, pricing policies, sales programs and e-commerce development directions; advanced technologies to meet development goals and increase e-commerce indicators.
- Collect and analyze data related to market trends to have adaptive plans and maximize sales potential.
- Integrate and make good use of internal resources/data and big data from external partners (cross types) to analyze and evaluate consumer shopping behavior, thereby recommending solutions. Business activities are consistent with consumer trends and the Company’s orientation.
- Periodic reports (quarterly/monthly/weekly) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign and program. Synthesize, analyze and report the results of each program
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology.
- 5 years or more of experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, E-Commerce and Data Analytics. Including at least 3 years in a management position, operating e-commerce transaction websites.
- Have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce and Marketing. Deep understanding of the fashion and consumer goods industry…
- Have leadership and management skills.
- Ability to communicate: communicate, negotiate, present
- Able to grasp new technologies applied to e-commerce.
- Master the knowledge of laws related to e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of social marketing tools, technologies and software related to e-commerce.
