RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform main tasks:
    – Implement the general operating procedures of the Department and the Company’s general regulations and procedures related to the Department according to the ISO 9001:201 system

    – Together with the Head of Sales Department/Director of Sales, research and allocate sales targets and market areas to each sales staff fairly and in accordance with the capacity of each employee;

  • Carrying out strategic tasks:
    – Participate in drafting the Company-wide business plan and implementing the business plan of the unit under their management;

    – Review and monitor business activities with the department head, absorb instructions and revise goals and plans as necessary.
  • Carry out administrative tasks – other tasks:
    – Make periodic reports on: business results, markets, customers, employees, debt, other arising issues… as required to the Sales Director/Board of General Directors.
    – Implement marketing, advertising programs, organize fairs, exhibitions, etc. under the direction of superiors
    – Evaluation criteria: Monthly, quarterly and yearly performance results.
    – Sign proposals and documents submitted by subordinates to superiors;
    – Advise superiors to develop the Department’s business activities;
    – Representing the Head of Department/Director of Sales to resolve and direct work within the scope of the department or delegate authority when the Head of Department/Director of Sales is absent;
    – Perform other tasks as directed by superiors or perform additional tasks
