RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with marketing team to align, input for trade marketing plans & activities
• Cooperate with Sales manager to align for trade marketing plans & activities
• Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/activities in his/her region
• Keep tracking & analyze competition and propose action plan in his/her region
• Weekly report on trade marketing activates to marketing team
• Control trade marketing budget to maximize benefits
• Track, monitor, report trade marketing budget spending
• Work with Marketing on design of POSM
• Align with Sales region & request Marketing team for POS production & delivery to distributor
• Support Market Execution in term of POSM deployment
• Analyze, report progress of POSM deployment in his/her region
• Monthly region analysis & competition report and propose action plan
• Market report, analysis. Another tasks assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration Economics is minimum. MBA is preferable
• At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Commercial, FMCG experience is preferable
• Proficient English & Computer skill
