RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly manage and operate all activities of the business division.
• Coordinate with the Floor Directors to build and effectively implement the company’s business plans, responsible for the assigned revenue targets;
• Build, train, monitor the activities and productivity of the sales team;
• Coordinate with the Company’s Marketing Department to organize marketing communication plans and develop sales plans to achieve the business division’s targets.
• Advise management on product strategy, business strategy, human resource development in the short/medium/long term.
• Effectively use the platforms and technologies applied at the Company in work.
• Advise the Technology Department to improve application features to increase efficiency for the business division.
• Periodically report on performance results.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher;
• Priority is given to majors in Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing or Real Estate.
• 1 year or more in a similar position and more than 8 years in the real estate sector.
• Experience in organizing and implementing business projects.
• Having managed a team of 50 or more employees.
• Foreign languages: English is an advantage.
• Having a certificate in floor management, business director, sales director, or human resources director is an advantage.
